1. No need to make excuses!
I know you don’t have time to go to the gym. There is nothing to eat healthy outside. You want to do sports at home, but you do not know how to do it, etc.
We can add a lot of excuses like this. But if we really want to be healthy and stay fit We should get away from our excuses and focus on what we can do.
2. Walk more!
Did you know that you can stay fitter by walking for 30 minutes every night? Especially walking outdoors increases the level of serotonin, the satisfaction hormone.
3. Do not deprive yourself of everything!
Trying to be “perfect” in your diet doesn’t always turn out well. Do not consume a food and do not give the command to your brain that it is gaining weight Weight is the measure of the food you consume. For example, chocolate, which most of us are afraid to consume during dieting; Feeling as if I would gain weight if I ate it. If you really enjoy eating chocolate, why not eat 1 square of chocolate with your coffee? Do not torture yourself while trying to eat healthy so that you have a sustainable diet/lifestyle.
4. Find an activity that will add movement to your life!
After dinner, find an activity with your family or friends where you can have fun and get active. For example, going for a walk, riding a bike, playing basketball, football, volleyball can be given as more examples.
5. Make sleep a priority!
Many of us underestimate the importance of a good night’s sleep. Another rule of healthy living is regular sleep. When the body listens, it becomes more efficient and fit the next day. Let’s not forget that sleeping less can even lead to weight gain by increasing cortisol (stress hormone) in the blood.
6. Make eating vegetables fun!
The nutrients contained in vegetables are very beneficial for our body, and due to the water they contain, they can fill your stomach almost completely. If you say you can’t even eat salad, think about which sauces I can consume my salad or vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, leek, etc.). Maybe you can find flavors that you can’t stop eating with chili pepper and garlic.
